My name is Hai and I am 24 years old. I have many passions… some of them include video games, web and graphic design, cooking, biotechnology, molecular biology, acting, jogging, and of course coffee. Being a student, how can one not love coffee? ;-)

To be honest, I am really a jack of all trades, because I love to learn about everything. I recently graduated with a Bachelors degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. After an intense amount of work (not boring work, it was actually fun work), I was lucky enough to be able to publish a paper in a scientific journal by the end of my Bachelors degree. I am starting a Masters of Science degree in Immunology and Microbiology this upcoming September 2008.

Why did I decide to make a recipes site while there are so many already out there? The internet is rich with information but not all information on the net is of high quality. Every time I look up a recipe on the net, I feel that there aren’t enough pictures to guide you through it. Being a very visual person, I wanted to make my own site and give my visitors high quality recipes with lots of pictures to ease the execution of the recipe. Hence I called this site Easy Recipes Online.

Young people growing up today certainly have a lot of exposure to the internet. I started going on the internet with the 56k modem, on the chat program ICQ, when I was 15. I feel that eventually there will be this shift towards electronic material, instead of having a lot of hard-cover cook books or a box with hand written recipes.

Easy Recipes Online is still so young and has a lot of growing to do. I hope that its presence on the web will inspire other web authors, whatever their topic may be, to publish high quality content for the web.

Hi, I’m Caro – and yes it only rhymes with narrow, shallow, hollow.. But it couldn’t be further from the truth! Hahah.. I tend to look at life on the brighter side. IIII define optimistic! Lol joking :-P But you get the point by now. I live mainly by these 2 quotes: "A day without laughter is a day wasted" and "Happiness is a journey, not a destination".

I was in the Biopharmaceutical program but decided to graduate off with a General Science degree because it was not my calling. I’m now in the Accounting program. Complete 360 degrees? I would have to agree! But I enjoy the numbers and it has an interesting system. :-)

My hobbies? I like to bike. It feels refreshing every time I go on it. My heroes? My grandma and parents. My grandma is a charming person. No matter what happens, she always manages to smile. My parents are the Vietnamese Boat People. I guess you can conjure up what they’ve been through. I admire their strength, their courage, and their determination. To embark on a journey where you don’t even know where you’ll end up or if you can even manage to survive is frightening. They are real survivors.

Anyway, getting away from the dark and gravy side, that’s the little 411 on my life! What made me take on this business with the crew? It teaches me the experience, the discipline, patience, and organizational skills. I have to apply this in the business world and what better than cooking something to fill in your tummy as well!

Hi, my name is Susan! I am currently 15 years old and in tenth grade. My hobbies include baking and gaming! I love music; mainly rock music, but I can listen to almost anything. My favourite artists include X Japan, the GazettE, Paramore, Secondhand Serenade and Archie Star. My favourite fruit is watermelon, and I love to drink bubble tea!
