French Toast Recipe
This French toast recipe is for you if you like eggs and bread for breakfast!
French toast is very easy to make and it is versatile. What we have here is a little hint of cinnamon and banana puree added to the mix. It gives it an extra taste especially if you like the banana and cinnamon flavour.
You can usually top this off with pancake syrup, icing sugar and fruits (to make up for your daily nutrition ;))

Total time: 15 to 20 min
Ingredients (5 to 6 servings):
2 tablespoons banana puree
pinch of cinnamon
5-6 slices of thick bread
1 tablespoon margarine or non-stick cooking spray
Part 1 (20 min)
Puree the bananas in a food processor or blender (1). Beat the eggs and banana puree in a flat dish (2). Add the cinnamon (3). Melt the margarine in a skillet or use the non-stick cooking spray (4). Dip the bread into the egg and puree mixture (5). Fry until golden brown on each side (6).
Place them on a plate.
Serve warm with pancake syrup, icing sugar and/or fruit.
